Then a year working thirteen years in a flower shop in Virginia without a work permit?
Hi, I read about the labor laws Children of Virginia. It is said that twelve and thirteen years, did not need a permit to work in farms and gardens and others. Does this apply the flower shops too? And is it possible for thirteen years to obtain a work permit? Thank you you.
No, their insurance does not cover you, you must be 16 years unless you have a workers permit.
