My computer restarts in Windows XP screen, again and again. Safe mode does not work. Please help.

I have a dell 4550 (old). The problem was probably caused by an improper shutdown. I tried Running Diagnostics IDE disk (F12), and he said the primary drives (DVD and CD-RW) are not supported by the diagnosis. The secondary disk is diagnosed for a moment and then said not to return code 7. ENTER to restart. The computer will keep rebooting itself until I turn it off manually. All options Safe Mode end with the computer restarts. Computer gets as far as the windows loading screen then turns off and relight. After some research, a boot disk has been recommended. I do not know much about computers so how could I make one of these if this is the solution. Appreciate the help.

I had the same problem. At first I thought it was a problem with the operating system, but it proved to be a hardware problem with power. After replacing the power supply everything was fine. Try to check if your diet (box) works well.

Im trying to save my HP laptop. I bought a disc Enclouse drive kit, he keeps saying it cannot find any copy job to excute. Heroes Season 3 will air on 15 September 2008 with a three-hour premiere. The first hour features clips from the first two seasons (Genesis and Generations), while that the final two hours are the actual season premiere of Heroes 3. Fans like myself are all eagerly awaiting this incredible volume called Villains to be released.
