which is better NVIDIA GeForce GT 230 million GT or Nvidia GeForce 320M for i7?

Hi I am considering purchasing an HP notebook ….. dv6quad with i7 and 6 GB RAM that used to offer 1 GB of 230 million before …… now they are offering 320M 1GB card for i7 …… No specifications available on the net can someone help choose the card that these would be a better option I'm not a hardcore gamer ….. but bad game 3rd person shooter and sports ……. thanks in advance
